On that healthy buzz
lol so trying to get on the healthy bandwagon, since starting gym i decided i should try and change other aspects of life aswell, eating better and cutting back on the drinking. Definitely need to try make this work hahaha dont wanna do anything half ass’d.
Anyways this was my attempt at dinner, just an easy salad, olive oil dressing, cherry tomatoes with a pan sear’d salmon lightly seasoned for some taste :) It didn’t come out to bad and i got full so that’s always a good sign. Also made smoothies for the morning which im drinking right now~! Bananas Frozen strawberries and blueberries, soy milk and one of those small yoghurt drinks, pretty good, gonna try getting the veges in there next time ~!
